• Camera input when scanning setup codes during pairing.
• Crash, diagnostics, performance, and product interaction data used to keep the app reliable.

• Set up and pair TJBot robot devices.

• Debug crashes, improve reliability, and protect the service.

Children's Privacy

TJBot is designed for parent or guardian control. Parents manage setup, profiles, lessons, and account settings. We do not use the app to provide public social networking, open messaging, or third-party advertising to children.

Audio, Camera, Bluetooth, and Location Permissions

The app requests permissions only when needed for product features. Bluetooth is used for robot setup and pairing. Camera access may be used to scan setup codes. Microphone and speech recognition may be used for voice-based lesson features. Location permission may be requested if required by the operating system or app features for local setup or localized content.

Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We may share information with service providers that help us operate the app, process diagnostics, host services, provide support, or maintain security. These providers are only allowed to use information to provide services to TJBot.

Data Retention

We keep information only as long as needed to provide the app, maintain safety and security, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and support parent-requested account features.

You can manage app permissions in iOS Settings. You may contact us to request help with account access, correction, export, or deletion where available.
